Roles and Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Customization

• - Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
  
• - Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, and validation rules.
  
• - Develop Apex triggers, classes, and batch jobs.
  

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• - Build and maintain reusable, responsive components.
  
• - Integrate LWC with Apex and external APIs.
  

Integration & Middleware

• - Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  
• - Implement and maintain Mulesoft APIs for seamless connectivity.
  

Salesforce Administration

• - Manage user roles, profiles, and security settings.
  
• - Perform data migrations and system health checks.
  

Individual Contribution & Ownership

• - Independently handle tasks from requirement gathering to deployment.
  
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile ceremonies.
  

Documentation & Best Practices

• - Maintain technical documentation and follow coding standards.
  
• - Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
