Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in Kochi. In this role, you will be responsible for Salesforce development, building Visualforce pages, creating Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce administration.You will collaborate closely with the team to deliver efficient, scalable, and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Build and customize Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce.
Design, develop, configure, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
Develop Lightning components and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, tools, and best practices.
Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Provide solutions, architectural design input, and technical assistance to team members.
Attend daily stand-ups, client meetings, and provide status updates.
Act as a point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding technical queries.

Requirements

5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and LWC.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead and mentor a small team.
Salesforce certifications are a plus
