Salesforce Team Lead - LWC/Apex

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Architect and oversee the development of scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and implementation plans.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance policies.
• Review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and other teams to drive Salesforce strategy.
• Oversee integrations with external systems and third-party applications.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends, and drive their adoption within the team.
• Monitor project timelines, manage resource allocation, and ensure successful delivery of projects.
  

Tech Lead Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5+ members (for those with 4+ years of Salesforce experience).
• Offer architectural guidance and review solutions proposed by the team.
  

What We Are Looking For

• 9+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations.
• Salesforce Architect or advanced Developer certifications are a plus.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of Salesforce professionals.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
