We currently have a career opportunity for a

Senior Technical Consultant

to join our team located India.
As a Senior Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will take direction from solution architects and Leads on development activities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Salesforce Service Cloud Development:

    • Develop custom solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  2. Integration Development:

    • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
  3. Customization & Configuration:

    • Customize Salesforce Service Cloud features like Case Management, Omni-Channel, and Service Console according to client needs.
  4. Automation:

    • Implement process automation using Salesforce tools like Process Builder, Flows, and Workflow Rules.
  5. Testing & Deployment:

    • Write unit tests, perform code reviews, and ensure smooth deployment through Salesforce DX and change sets.
  6. Performance Optimization:

    • Optimize code, queries, and configurations to improve system performance and scalability.
  7. Collaboration & Code Documentation:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document solutions, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security model and best practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD processes in Salesforce development.

Required Skills & Experience:

  1. Salesforce Development Expertise:

    • Strong experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  2. Integration Skills:

    • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
  3. Salesforce Customization:

    • Proficient in customizing Service Cloud features such as case management, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, and Service Console.
  4. Automation & Tools:

    • Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules).
  5. Version Control & Deployment:

    • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and deployment processes using Salesforce DX and change sets.
  6. Problem-Solving & Debugging:

    • Strong debugging skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues.
  7. Collaboration Skills:

    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
