Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Apex, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and Data Modeling, along with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines and Version Control tools. You will work closely with US-based clients and collaborate daily with US-based coworkers, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Aura, and LWC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
• Manage source code using version control tools like Git.
• Perform data modeling and ensure data integrity across Salesforce objects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Communicate effectively with US-based clients and team members to ensure alignment and project success.

Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and front-end development within Salesforce.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline setup and management.
• Familiarity with Version Control tools (e.g., Git, Bitbucket).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling and relational data structures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially for working with US-based stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
