Senior Salesforce Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Business Automation for our client, a reputed US Multinational Company. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support key business functions and meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Lightning App Builder, and Flows.
• Implement business process automation using Triggers, Batch Apex, Scheduled Jobs, and Platform Events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and manage event-based integrations and APIs between Salesforce and external systems.
• Participate in code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Work with CI/CD deployment tools to streamline release management and automate deployments.
• Support and enhance Salesforce CPQ/Billing solutions (preferred but not mandatory).
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure system stability.

Technical Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in Apex classes, triggers, test classes, and asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future, Schedulable).
• Hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
• Experience in Salesforce Flows, Lightning App Builder, and Process Builder.
• Understanding of event-driven architecture and integration patterns (Platform Events, Streaming API, REST/SOAP).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in Salesforce CPQ/Billing is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology and version control (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Certifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) - good to have.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) - good to have.
• Additional certifications (Admin, App Builder, CPQ Specialist) are an added advantage.
