About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents, along with strong hands-on experience in Custom Connectors, AI Builder, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)/OCR, and Microsoft Co-Pilot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement end-to-end solutions using Power Platform components.
• Design and develop Custom Connectors to integrate external systems and data sources.
• Leverage AI Builder for intelligent automation and predictive analytics.
• Implement IDP/OCR solutions for document processing and data extraction.
• Integrate and optimize Microsoft Co-Pilot capabilities for enhanced user experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure best practices in governance, security, and performance optimization.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven expertise in Custom Connectors, AI Builder, IDP/OCR, and Co-Pilot.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, Azure services, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or related technologies are a plus.
