Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI to support business decision-making. • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources (e.g., SQL databases, Excel, APIs, cloud platforms) for analysis and reporting. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver tailored BI solutions. • Optimize data models to ensure performance, scalability, and accuracy of reporting outputs. • Integrate AI analytics capabilities into data and reporting services • Maintain and enhance existing BI solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and consistency. • Integrate Power BI with other tools and platforms as needed. • Leverage AI services or Power BIs built-in AI features (e.g., Key Influencers, Q&A) to uncover deeper insights and automate reporting processes. • Stay current with industry trends, Power BI updates, and advancements in AI analytics to recommend improvements and implement best practices. • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and effective use of BI tools, including AI-enhanced features. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, privacy, security, and compliance through quality control procedures.
