Role:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls for US customers (Patients), resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure anexcellent customer experience.
  • Update & Maintain Customer records in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as quality, call handling time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Graduate, 13 yrs BPO or US process experience
  • Excellent English communication & listening skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willing to work night shifts
