Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Personnel based in Trivandrum. The Senior Sales Personnel will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing and exceeding sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. Key tasks include conducting market research, tracking sales performance, preparing sales reports, and participating in sales meetings. The role requires frequent interaction with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions, along with ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience and a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to conduct thorough market research and analyze sales data
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of CRM software and the ability to use sales tracking tools
Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
Leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior sales staff
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
