Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Trivandrum, for the position of Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and maintaining customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new market opportunities, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.

  • Sales Strategy Development, Revenue Generation, and Sales Target Setting skills
  • Team Management, Performance Monitoring, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Market Analysis, Identifying New Market Opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
