Senior Sales Personnel

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Personnel based in Trivandrum. As a Senior Sales Personnel, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage and exceed sales targets, and build strong relationships with clients. Your key tasks will include conducting market research, tracking sales performance, preparing sales reports, and actively participating in sales meetings. You will need to engage with clients regularly to understand their needs, offer suitable solutions, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster repeat business. To excel in this role, you must possess proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to conduct comprehensive market research and analyze sales data. Your strong organizational and time management skills will be crucial, as well as your proficiency in utilizing CRM software and sales tracking tools. Building and maintaining positive client relationships is a key aspect of this position. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry would be advantageous. Leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior sales staff will be beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required for this role.,
