Senior Sales Officer

As a Modern Trade Sales Officer, your primary role will involve driving sales and fostering relationships within the modern trade channel, which includes supermarkets and hypermarkets. Your focus will be on achieving sales targets, implementing promotional strategies, and managing key accounts effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets within your assigned territory or accounts. - Develop and nurture strong relationships with key accounts and retailers in the modern trade channel. - Strategize and execute effective promotional activities and in-store activations to boost sales and enhance brand visibility. - Ensure proper product display and merchandising in stores to capitalize on sales potential. - Introduce new products to the modern trade channel and execute successful launch strategies. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in sales, preferably within the modern trade channel. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to plan and execute promotional activities effectively. - Knowledge of product display and merchandising best practices is a plus.
