We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Officer to join our team in the Credit Cards domain. Roles and Responsibility Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and support. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Provide training and coaching to junior sales officers to enhance their skills and knowledge. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry, with a focus on credit cards. Strong understanding of credit card products and programs, including sales and marketing strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience working with sales teams and contributing to business development initiatives.
