Base Location – Vadodara / Bharuch Areas to be covered : South Gujarat, Mumbai, and MP Territory Reporting To : CEO Industry : Electrical, Automation, and Industrial Solutions Key Responsibility: Business Growth & Performance: Meet and exceed the company's Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Drive Year-on-Year (YoY) growth in revenue, profitability, and market share. Identify and develop new business applications and opportunities. Customer & Market Development: Strengthen relationships with existing customers and derive strategy for deeper penetration in the geography. Promote core products while also focus on cross-selling and upselling other company offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with Principal Company’s local and head office teams to align business strategies. Team Leadership & Development: Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and motivation among team members. Develop and mentor the sales, technical, and support teams to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
