Senior Sales Manager/Business Unit Head

As the successful candidate for this position, you will be responsible for driving business growth and performance in the Electrical, Automation, and Industrial Solutions industry. You will be based in Vadodara/Bharuch and expected to cover areas in South Gujarat, Mumbai, and MP Territory. Reporting directly to the CEO, your key responsibilities will include: - Meeting and exceeding the company's Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). - Driving Year-on-Year (YoY) growth in revenue, profitability, and market share. - Identifying and developing new business applications and opportunities. In addition, you will be required to focus on customer and market development by: - Strengthening relationships with existing customers and strategizing for deeper penetration in the geography. - Promoting core products and exploring cross-selling and upselling opportunities. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with Principal Company's local and head office teams to align business strategies.
