Senior Sales Manager/Business Unit Head

As the Business Development Manager, based in Vadodara / Bharuch, you will be responsible for driving business growth and performance in South Gujarat, Mumbai, and MP Territory. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in the Electrical, Automation, and Industrial Solutions industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Meet and exceed the company's Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). - Drive Year-on-Year (YoY) growth in revenue, profitability, and market share. - Identify and develop new business applications and opportunities. - Strengthen relationships with existing customers and devise strategies for deeper penetration in the geography. - Promote core products while also focusing on cross-selling and upselling other company offerings. - Build and maintain strong relationships with Principal Company's local and head office teams to align business strategies. - Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and motivation among team members. - Develop and mentor the sales, technical, and support teams to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
