After joining, the Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for:

Driving and closing high-value sales deals across Incoda’s media properties

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partners

Understanding customer needs deeply and translating them into effective media solutions

Leading negotiations with patience, fairness, and confidence

Working closely with internal teams while maintaining mutual respect and accountability

Contributing to the expansion and monetisation of existing and upcoming media assets

Representing the company with professionalism and integrity in all business interactions

Incoda TV HD currently operates across 29 stations, stretching from the extreme south to the extreme north of Kolkata. A significant recent milestone includes the acquisition of three additional stations at the Kolkata Airport, strategically positioned to capture inbound and outbound air passengers, further enhancing the stature and value of Incoda TV Media. In addition, the company operates more than 500 Incoda Traffic Police Booths across Kolkata and 22 districts of West Bengal.

The business continues to expand in scale and scope, with high-turnover media assets that include metro train interior and exterior branding, metro pillars, and traffic signal media. Over 50 strategic traffic signals across Kolkata comprise more than 600 poles located at key city junctions.
