Senior Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise and government sales cycles, including RFPs and tenders.
• Develop new business opportunities in IT services, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, and cybersecurity.
• Present complex technical solutions to CXO-level stakeholders in a business-focused manner.
• Drive end-to-end sales from lead generation to closure, meeting revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts and government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with procurement norms and coordinate proposals with internal teams.

• Expertise in enterprise sales, government procurement, and RFP management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to position technical offerings in a business-centric way.
• Proven success in closing high-value deals in enterprise/government sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in CS/IT/Electronics or MBA (Sales/Marketing/IT).
• Knowledge of government tendering norms and procurement frameworks preferred.

Experience

• 8-10 years in direct sales, business development, or enterprise/government account management.
• Prior experience in IT services, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, or cybersecurity preferred.
• Consistent track record of achieving revenue targets.
