Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager, based in Chennai. The Senior Sales Manager will lead and oversee sales operations, develop and execute sales strategies, and meet or exceed sales targets. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving business growth, mentoring and managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The Senior Sales Manager will regularly analyze market trends, provide accurate sales forecasts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate a sales team
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills for reviewing market trends and forecasts
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of real estate software is a plus
  • Prior experience in real estate sales and consulting preferred
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales and revenue goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is a plus
