Senior Sales Manager

• Bachelors degree in administration or marketing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in OS&E, food service, vending, or FF&E).
• Innovative and creative sales mindset.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi and local languages
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Visit clients to assess their business potential and build rapport.
• Identifying new customers and expanding the customer base. Target new customers and explore new markets.
• Create and implement action plans to achieve sales targets.
• Evaluate sales potential and devise plans to meet corporate objectives.
• Develop market strategies that align with business initiatives
• Manage and control expenses according to corporate guidelines.
• Analyze sales reports and implement appropriate action plans.
