Key Roles & Responsibility :-
1.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.2.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders3. Negotiate and close deals with clients .4. Monitor sales metrics and generate reports for senior management.5. Stay updated about market trends and properties.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in Real Estate sales (East Pune).2. Strong team management and leadership skills.3. In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including regulations and best practices.4. Must have own vehicle.
Salary:
30,000 – 50,000 per month + performance based incentives.
