Job Objective We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Executive who can lead our digital campaigns, generate high-quality leads, and elevate our brand across online platforms. This role is ideal for someone with both creative flair and performance-focused thinking, ready to drive real impact in the real estate space. Key Responsibilities Run targeted lead generation campaigns via Google & Meta Ads Manage social media presence with strategic, brand-aligned content Optimize SEO and website performance for visibility Execute email and WhatsApp marketing for lead nurturing Analyze campaign metrics and report actionable insights Coordinate with creatives for digital assets and ads Monitor digital trends and competitor activity Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (Real Estate preferred) Hands-on with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools Strong content sense and communication skills Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a premium real estate brand Exposure to high-value campaigns and strategic marketing Supportive and growth-oriented work culture Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
