Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Generate leads through site visits, referrals, channel partners, and digital platforms.
Present real estate projects clearly and professionally to prospective clients.
Understand client needs and suggest suitable property or investment options.
Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and site teams for smooth sales execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Experience in real estate sales or business development.
Strong lead generation, presentation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Ability to work with channel partners and internal teams.
Familiar with CRM systems and local real estate market trends.
Professional, ethical, and team-focused approach.
