  • Lead, train, and manage the performance of the sales team

  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in real estate transactions
  • Participate in high-value negotiations and close major deals when necessary

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 months of real sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics
