Senior Sales Manager

You will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets in the real estate sector as a Real Estate Sales Manager. Your role will require you to be proactive and motivated, with extensive experience in property sales, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets, identifying and engaging potential clients through various channels, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, and promoting and selling residential, commercial, and land properties to clients. You will also be required to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide detailed information about properties, guide clients through the sales process, and address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. In terms of negotiation and closing, you will negotiate sales terms and conditions with clients, coordinate with legal and financial professionals to facilitate smooth transactions, ensure accurate completion of all necessary documentation, and follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field, along with experience in real estate sales focusing on residential, commercial, and land properties. You should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and other relevant tools, self-motivation, results-orientation, and flexibility to work independently and as part of a team are also essential. Additionally, you should be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed, and possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
