Senior Sales Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, mentoring sales representatives, and driving overall sales performance. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and increase market share. Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to improve performance and ensure team targets are met. Set individual and team sales targets, track progress, and report on sales performance. Identify new business opportunities and manage key client relationships. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize the customer journey. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management. Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of sales staff. Ensure adherence to company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards.
