Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, mentoring sales representatives, and driving overall sales performance.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and increase market share.
• Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to improve performance and ensure team targets are met.
• Set individual and team sales targets, track progress, and report on sales performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage key client relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize the customer journey.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
• Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of sales staff.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards.

Pay: ₹18,565.13 - ₹32,650.80 per month
