Mahodadhi Homes Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into buyers, and maintaining long-term client relationships. You will play a critical role in achieving sales targets and expanding our market presence. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits. Promote and sell residential/commercial real estate projects to prospective customers. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and real estate trends. Provide detailed information on available projects, pricing, and financing options. Organize and conduct site visits, explain project features, and address client queries. Maintain a database of leads, follow up regularly, and nurture client relationships. Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities. Negotiate terms of sale and close deals professionally and ethically. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to the Sales Manager.
