Senior Sales Manager

You will also focus on building enduring client relationships, coordinating with the marketing team for promotional activities, preparing essential documentation for transactions, staying informed about market trends and competitor projects, and ensuring client satisfaction through post-sales support. To excel in this role, you should possess proven experience in real estate sales or a related field, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, a sound knowledge of the local property market, a customer-centric approach, a positive attitude, basic computer proficiency, and preferably, your own vehicle with a valid driving license. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, offering performance bonuses and yearly incentives.
