Job Description

As a Territory Sales Manager at IQnext, you will be pivotal in driving new sales and fostering the growth of IQnext within the enterprise segment. Your role involves proactively engaging in pre-sales and sales activities to generate leads from enterprise customers through methods such as B2B portals, emails, and cold calls. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to establish new relationships with large organizations - Enhance IQnext's B2B revenue generation by securing new business partnerships - Solidify relationships with companies on an enterprise-wide level - Identify potential customers in the enterprise/corporate segments - Research key contacts in the industry - Take ownership of the entire sales process from lead generation to closure - Utilize consultative sales techniques to build strong relationships with stakeholders - Provide relevant case studies and use cases to stakeholders - Create client presentations, quotes, and proposals - Ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and statuses on the CRM system Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of proven experience in the IoT and SaaS industry - Experience in selling products and solutions to stakeholders such as architects, MEP consultants, and PMC professionals - Background in working with industry professionals like Facility managers, consultants, architects, HVAC consultants, and lighting consultants - Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills - Ability to articulate complex technological concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences - Experience with CRM tools and B2B portals for lead generation (advantageous) - Background in BBA/BCA/Engineering or sales closure incentives - Benefits include medical insurance, travel allowance, and access to e-learning resources - Willingness to work in a mix of office and field environments Join IQnext and contribute to reshaping the future of building management through innovation and strategic partnerships.,
