Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in inside sales to join our dynamic team at [Your Company Name] in Perinthalmanna, Malappuram. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of inside sales representatives. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CRM software, have extensive experience in sales calling structures, objection handling, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Inside Sales Team: Manage and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to drive sales performance and achieve company targets.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies, including cold calling, follow-ups, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
  • CRM Proficiency: Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage and track sales activities, monitor performance, and ensure seamless workflow.
  • Objection Handling: Guide the team in overcoming customer objections, closing deals effectively, and maintaining a high conversion rate.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Training & Coaching: Provide ongoing training and development for the inside sales team to improve sales techniques and performance.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to senior management on team performance and results.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (X+ years) as a Sales Manager or in an Inside Sales role.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales automation tools.
  • Expertise in inside sales calling structure, objection handling, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, manage, and mentor a team.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience managing remote or hybrid sales teams (if applicable).
  • Ability to analyze sales data and adapt strategies accordingly.
