Job Description

As a Senior Sales Manager for the Gujarat and Rajasthan regions in the Home Appliances industry, your role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing the sales team, and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets in the Home Appliances market. - Conducting market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends to identify new business opportunities. - Leading, mentoring, and managing the sales team to ensure high performance and achieve sales targets. - Providing training, support, and guidance to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders. - Expanding the customer base by identifying and targeting new markets and customer segments. - Negotiating and closing sales deals for profitable growth and customer satisfaction. - Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively. - Developing and implementing customer retention strategies to maintain long-term relationships. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. - 10-15 years of sales experience in the Small Appliances industry. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Strong understanding of the Gujarat and Rajasthan markets. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to travel extensively within the region as required. - Maximum age limit of 45 years (Physically Fit).
