Senior Sales Manager

We are hiring for a fast growing real estate company which set up workspace & workforce. Looking for highly skilled sales person. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through B2B sales, business development, lead generation, and client acquisition. Generate Potential leads on clients and properties Qualify leads, meet prospects and close the deals to increase revenue. Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects. Identify new business prospects through market research, industry trends, and networking events. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers. Search and obtain suitable spaces to add to our inventory Ensure sales of existing inventories in the region. Analyze sales performance data to optimize sales processes and improve results. Requirements & Skills :- Proven work experience of 6+ years in sales & Business Development. Experience related to commercial real estate, co working space or hotel management will be an added benefit Good team player Strong Sales, Communication and negotiation skills. Open to travelling as a part of work. Ability to prepare and present attractive presentations Professionalism and willingness to work hard is a plus point Relevant bachelors degree is required
