Senior Sales Manager - Datacenter Sales

Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Data Center & IT Infrastructure Services

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Data Center Solutions, Managed Services, and IT Infrastructure Services (e.g., colocation, cloud, network, security).
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and onboard new clients while managing key accounts (enterprise, mid-market).
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, proposal drafting, negotiation, and closures.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders (CIOs, IT heads) and channel partners.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Monitor market trends (e.g., hybrid cloud, edge computing) to position offerings effectively.
  

Desired Skills & Experience

• Mandatory: Proven track record in selling Data Center/Managed Services/IT Infrastructure solutions.
• Experience working with firms like Redington India, Cloud4C, Sify, Yotta, Nxtra, or similar.
• Strong network in enterprise accounts and understanding of procurement cycles.
• CDCP certification or equivalent knowledge of data center standards.

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and forecasting skills.
• Willingness to travel as per business needs.
