About the Job:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Manager (B2B) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting business owners, presenting Klockmate's solution, closing deals, and ensuring smooth post-sales coordination. You will handle both company-provided leads and your own outreach to drive new business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Client Meetings & Sales

  • Attend daily client meetings (physical or virtual) to present and demonstrate the Klockmate app.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions to close sales.
  • Follow up consistently until deals are finalized.

B. Post-Sales Support & Coordination

  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
  • Address any issues during deployment and maintain strong post-sales relationships for renewals and upselling.

C. Lead Generation

  • Generate new business through cold calls, email campaigns, field visits, and networking.
  • Manage and follow up on leads provided by the company.
  • Schedule appointments, conduct demos, and present solutions effectively.

D. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate client and sales records in CRM tools.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.

E. Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.

F. Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client feedback.
  • Share insights with internal teams to improve offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or field sales is preferred.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Goal-oriented and passionate about sales.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
  • Dress Code: Formals
