About Allwin Infra:

Allwin Infra is a reputed real estate development firm known for delivering ready-to-move-in residential and commercial projects in Zirakpur and the Tricity area. The company believes in transparency, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-oriented and persuasive Senior Sales Manager to lead end-to-end sales efforts, from client acquisition to deal closure. The ideal candidate will bring strong field knowledge, leadership ability, and a proven record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in the real estate space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales leads through digital, walk-ins, channel partners, and referrals.
  • Conduct high-impact client presentations, site visits, and deal negotiations.
  • Lead a small sales team or junior executives; drive performance and mentoring.
  • Create and execute territory-specific strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing for campaign insights and lead quality improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales conversions in CRM.
  • Build and nurture relationships with HNI clients, investors, and corporate buyers.
  • Work closely with CRM & post-sales teams to ensure smooth booking-to-possession journey.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Zirakpur/Chandigarh/Mohali region.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Must have a vehicle for client mobility (bike/car).

Joining: Immediate or within 30 days

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

  • Team management: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Direct sales: 3 years (Preferred)
