Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Generate sales through direct customers, brokers, and channel partners.
• Ensure fast movement of inventory by planning and executing sales strategies.
• Interact with serious buyers and convert leads into successful closures.
• Conduct site visits, project presentations, and handle customer objections.
• Support and guide the team in closing deals effectively.

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, Motivate, and manage the sales team.
• Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of sales goals.
• Train and guide team members on sales techniques and customer handling.
• Participate in team closing and final negotiations when required.

Channel Partner & Broker Management

• Manage and expand broker and channel partner network.
• Build strong relationships to increase lead flow and conversions.
• Plan and suggest attractive schemes for brokers and customers.

Planning & Coordination

• Give ideas and suggest sales schemes, offers, and promotions.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign planning and execution.
• Ensure proper follow-up, reporting, and use of CRM systems.
