Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and drive sales for our real estate plotting projects. The role involves on-site sales activities, team leadership, broker and channel partner management, customer interaction, and coordination with the marketing team to ensure fast-moving inventory and strong revenue generation. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Generate sales through direct customers, brokers, and channel partners. Ensure fast movement of inventory by planning and executing sales strategies. Interact with serious buyers and convert leads into successful closures. Conduct site visits, project presentations, and handle customer objections. Support and guide the team in closing deals effectively. Team Leadership & Management Lead, Motivate, and manage the sales team. Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of sales goals. Train and guide team members on sales techniques and customer handling. Participate in team closing and final negotiations when required. Channel Partner & Broker Management Manage and expand broker and channel partner network. Build strong relationships to increase lead flow and conversions. Plan and suggest attractive schemes for brokers and customers. Planning & Coordination Give ideas and suggest sales schemes, offers, and promotions. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign planning and execution. Ensure proper follow-up, reporting, and use of CRM systems.
