Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive with strong knowledge of medical disposables and devices (PICC Line, PD Catheter, Transfer Set, Guidewire, and related products). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the company’s presence in Radiology, Nephrology, and General Disposable markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Promote and sell medical devices (PICC line, PD catheter, transfer sets, guidewires, radiology & nephrology products, and general disposables) to hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), doctors, purchase managers, and hospital administrators.
  • Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct regular hospital visits for product promotion, demonstrations, and generating sales opportunities.
  • Ensure proper sales reporting, pipeline management, and timely collection of payments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, service, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at medical conferences, exhibitions, and seminars.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Graduate in Science/Pharmacy/Medical or equivalent. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of proven sales experience in medical devices/disposables (Radiology, Nephrology, or related domain).
  • Strong knowledge of PICC line, PD catheter, guidewire, and disposable medical products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
