Job Description

As a sales professional in our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential B2B clients within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, and pharmacies. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships with key decision-makers such as doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams. To excel in this role, you will need to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. This will involve conducting market research to understand client needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape. You will also be expected to present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients, addressing any queries or objections that may arise during the sales process. Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company policies will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to tailor solutions and promotional strategies to meet client requirements effectively. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems and providing regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management will be essential. The qualifications we are looking for in a candidate include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry. A strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and procurement cycles, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in CRM software and the MS Office Suite are also required. We value self-starters who can work independently and in a team, and candidates with prior experience selling healthcare IT solutions, medical equipment, or pharmaceutical products will be given preference. An MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management and an established network within the healthcare industry are considered as preferred qualifications. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund, along with a performance bonus in the compensation package. The work schedule is on a day shift from Monday to Friday, and the work location is in person.
