What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound leads – pitch our range of castor and trolley wheels, send quotations, follow up, and close deals
• Manage dealer orders and ensure timely fulfilment from our new Chennai warehouse
• Identify and onboard new dealers across Chennai and nearby industrial zones
• Meet clients onsite, build strong relationships, and drive repeat business
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for smooth deliveries
• Monitor inventory levels and work with the Bangalore team for replenishment
• Report to the regional team lead and contribute to strategic sales growth in the region

What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years of B2B field sales experience, ideally in industrial hardware or capital goods
• Strong client communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in English and Tamil; Hindi is a plus
• Familiar with using CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business, and email for daily operations
• Comfortable travelling locally within Chennai and surrounding areas
