Job Description

Enquiry Generation:
Proactively identifying potential clients and generating leads through various channels.
Customer Meetings:
Engaging with clients, presenting products, and addressing customer requirements to build long-term relationships.
Negotiation Skills:
Strong ability to negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions, ensuring profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Order Execution:
Ensuring smooth order processing from confirmation to delivery, including coordination with internal teams for timely execution.
Tender Submission:
Knowledge and experience in submitting tenders through online portals, including compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.
Collection of Payments:
Overseeing the collection of payments for executed orders, maintaining a follow-up mechanism to ensure timely payments.

Product Knowledge:

Proven experience in Sales and Marketing within the industrial or electrical domain.
Familiarity with switchgear products (MV/EHV) and their applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
Previous experience with tender submission and understanding of online tendering portals.
