Job Description

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Generate leads through various channels, conduct market research, and identify new business opportunities in the residential and commercial real estate sector. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing them with expert guidance and support throughout the buying process. Property Consultation: Showcase properties, explain project features and benefits, and conduct site visits to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions. Negotiation & Closing: Confidently negotiate contracts, manage the sales cycle, and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Market Analysis: Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in Noida, particularly in Sector 63 and surrounding areas. Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance data to senior management on a regular basis.
