Lead Sales Executive Payroll Outsourcing Services

Location: Bengaluru

Reports To: Business Head

Experience Required: 5 TO 7 years in B2B Payroll Sales

About the Role

We are looking for a mature, confident, and driven Sales Professional to lead business development for our growing Payroll Outsourcing Division. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, delivering compelling product demos, collaborating with internal teams, and closing deals to onboard clients. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with strong communication and presentation skills, and a hunger to scale business in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Hunt

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Indian market for payroll outsourcing. - Conduct client meetings, deliver product demos, and present customized payroll solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams (operations, compliance, finance) to structure proposals and get necessary approvals. - Own the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding. - Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. - Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client forums.

Client Engagement

- Act as a trusted advisor to international & domestic, understanding their hiring needs and business culture. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and service reviews. - Provide market insights and talent availability reports to support client decision-making. - Represent Adecco India as a one-stop solution for Payroll Outsourcing services

Candidate Profile

- 57 years of proven experience in payroll outsourcing sales or HR tech sales in India. - Strong understanding of Indian payroll compliance, statutory requirements, and HR processes. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven with a passion for consultative selling. - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
