Job Description

Education:

Diploma/Bachelors Degree

 

Skills:

  • Strong communication (verbal written) skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer support tools and software (preferred).
  • Availability to work night shifts (8:00 PM 5:00 AM).

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and pitch relevant sales offerings.
  • Persuade customers and close deals successfully.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in tele sales, sales, or a calling process is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Comfortable working in a night shift.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.
