Role Description

This full-time hybrid role, based in Raurkela with some work-from-home flexibility, is ideal for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Key daily tasks include client prospecting, conducting sales presentations, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and providing consistent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and the ability to analyze and identify potential growth opportunities
Proficiency in Market Research, Customer Acquisition strategies, and leveraging sales tools
Knowledge of financial services and familiarity with different banking solutions and products is a plus
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
