Senior Sales Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for proactive and results-driven field sales professionals to promote Magicrete’s AAC Blocks in the construction sector. The role focuses on identifying project opportunities, engaging directly with builders, contractors, and architects, and ensuring smooth project conversions. Ideal for candidates with a strong field presence and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit upcoming construction sites in the assigned area

• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, site engineers, and architects

• Promote AAC products by explaining benefits and recommending applications

• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and technical discussions

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely quotes, pricing, and dispatches

• Track projects from lead to closure with consistent follow-ups

• Share regular updates on market activity, competitor moves, and customer feedback

Required Qualifications

• Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate with relevant construction field sales experience

• Preferred: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience & Industry Background

• 2–5 years of experience in project sales or building materials industry

• Strong local network in construction and real estate industry

• Prior site-level working experience preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory

• Fieldwork orientation and strong follow-up ability

• Local language fluency
