Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Field Sales (Building Materials) Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-time CTC : 40000-60000 PER MONTH Field WorkExperience Required: 5+ YearsIndustry: Construction / Building Materials / Manufacturing🔹 Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive with hands-on field experience in selling construction and manufacturing products like blocks, sand, and ready-mix concrete (RMC). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to close sales in a competitive market. ✅ Key Responsibilities:Identify, approach, and onboard new clients such as builders, contractors, and real estate developers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Visit construction sites, client offices, and project locations to understand requirements and propose solutions. Promote and sell products such as concrete blocks, sand, and RMC in assigned territories. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs. Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to stay competitive. Track and report daily/weekly sales activities and performance using CRM tools or reports. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. 🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the construction or building materials sector. Strong knowledge of construction materials like blocks, sand, and ready-mix concrete (RMC). Proven experience in field sales with a customer-focused approach. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle outdoor work environments. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally. 🎯 KPIs / Performance Metrics: Monthly & quarterly sales target achievement New client acquisition and retention rate Site visit effectiveness and follow-up success Product volume sold per category (blocks, sand, RMC) Customer satisfaction and repeat business rate
