JOB TITLE: Senior Sales Executive SALARY: 25,000 - 30,000 a month. INCENTIVES : Attractive incentives of Rs.10,000 - 45,000 on a weekly, biweekly and monthly basis. SHIFT TIMINGS : 8 PM- 5 AM (Night shift) Desired Candidate Profile: Must possess excellent communication skills. Computer knowledge. Punctuality and a positive attitude. Preferred immediate joiners. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Candidates must feel completely comfortable working in night shift (8 PM- 5 AM) and from the office. Roles and Responsibilities: Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Accurately record details of customers' purchase orders. Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive Sales and respond to customer rejections. Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs and preferences. Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales. Gather feedback from customers on products and share it with the internal teams Responsible for clarifying and resolving customer complaints and queries, determining the cause of the problem, and providing the best resolution.
