Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Tijara. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and driving sales of home loans and secured business loans, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role involves meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless processing of loans and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, particularly in the finance or real estate sector
Strong understanding and knowledge of home loans and secured business loans
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
Experience with digital and paperless loan processes is a plus
